Brain Injury Adventure Camp
Adventure Camp for individuals of all abilities!
The mission of the Brain Injury Adventure Camp (BIAC) is to believe in and to assist each person in setting and accomplishing one's individual goals beyond the expectations of self and others.
The BIAC serves those with brain injury, special needs and other disabilities. The camp is situated on 42 acres in Henderson County, Kentucky and is an outdoor site created to provide adventure activities for those with and without disabilities.
Other groups may utilize the facility for team building, outdoor education, and general fun.
The camp has a low ropes course, fishing ponds, one mile of trails, a zip line, therapeutic horseback riding, adaptive trikes, gardening, arts, and much more.

BIAC would like to thank everyone that supports our mission through time, talent or treasure. Your generosity has allowed us to provide six (6) special needs camps free of charge during 2014, multiple summer adventure camps for youth of all ages and abilities, and brain injury support activities.
As weather permits, construction of the lodge continues. The zip line grove has been cleared of the dead trees to allow for a cleaner passage, trails are maintained and cleared throughout the fall and winter months in preparation for the summer events.
Our main fundraiser, the Turkey Trot 5K, was a big success with over 300 runners on Thanksgiving Day and approximately $4000 raised to support BIAC.
We look forward to seeing all of our campers, supporters and friends in 2015!
